The Sculptor - Alan LeQuire

Alan LeQuire is a well-known historical sculptor with substantial experience in bronze work.

LeQuire achieved his training through a series of apprenticeships both in Europe and the Unites States at a time when figurative art had fallen out of favor in American academic institutions.

He works in virtually all sculpture materials, both carving and casting in his own foundry.

LeQuire is perhaps most well known for his Athena Parthenos sculpture which stands in the Parthenon in Nashville, Tennessee.
